Shipping Conditions

Shipping made via Purolator in Canada: allow 2-3 business days in the EAST and 3-5 business days in the WEST.
Shipping made via UPS in USA: allow 2-3 business days in the EAST and 3-5 business days in the WEST.

Tracking information is provided by email, along with a copy of your invoice
* Any or All damages occurred during shipping must be reported within 48 hours following reception of your order
** Any or All missing goods or incomplete orders must be reported within 7 days following reception of your order

Non-refundable items

Due to the nature of some products such as DRONES, LED light, butane refill, Wooppi cannot offer a refund or exchange on this type of product.
Only products unpacked and totally intact and with proof in the form of photos sent by customers beforehand, can be refunded and returned.

Exchange and Return Conditions

To exchange or return goods, you must submit a Return Request by filling the form provided in the Return Policy section and obtain an RGA (Return Goods Authorization) number. RGA numbers are valid for 14 days (2 weeks) after which a new RGA number must be requested.
Goods must be returned within the 30 days following reception of your order
Must be included:

  • A copy of the RGA
  • A copy of the original invoice

Returns must be sent freight prepaid, using the delivery service of your choice¹
Goods must be returned in their original packaging and all parts must be included

Wooppi.com will pay return shipping fees in the following situations:

  • We sent you the wrong product
  • The product was labelled wrong
  • Damaged in transport
  • Defective product

In the above cases, Wooppi.com will email you the required collect instructions. You must then contact the carrier to schedule the return pick-up or bring the merchandise to the nearest carrier store.

Refund Conditions

Refunding of returned goods can take up to 30 days following reception of the return.
The return conditions listed above must be followed and respected in order to receive a refund. If these conditions are neglected, the returned goods will be shipped back to you with ‘collect’ shipping charges.

Restocking fees

All returned merchandise must be new and in perfect condition. All returns are subject to freight charges, as well as a 20% restocking fee.
