What sort of payments are accepted?
We accept most credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex etc) and Paypal. Please contact us if you would like to pay with a different method.
How long does it take to process my order?
Orders typically take up to 2 days to process before they ship – excluding weekends and holidays.
How long will it take for my item to be delivered?
It will usually take 7 Days for your item to be delivered after it has been processed.
How can I add a discount to my order?
If you received a discount code from the Our Store, the code can be entered on the checkout page.
What if no one is home during delivery?
If no one is present, the mailman will leave a collection slip and the item will be left at your nearest post office.
I ordered multiple items, yet have only received one?
If you place an order with us for multiple items it is more than likely going to be shipped in more than one package. Please allow some time for all of your items to arrive.
Do I need to pay customs on the delivery of my order?
You will not be required to pay customs charges for your items.
I WANT TO CHANGE MY ORDER / ADDRESS, CAN I?
If a change needs to be made to your order please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate that change, although we cannot make any promises. If the item(s) has already been shipped from our fulfillment center we cannot make changes to the order.
I made an order but I was not sent a confirmation email?
Please take the time to check your email address before you order, also check your SPAM folder to see if your confirmation email was sent there. If there is still no confirmation email, please contact our support team at : 1 (866) 923-9863
